Compute the DOT-PRODUCT of A,B and store in C.

Syntax: Norm(A,B)

Intent:

Normalize the pixel values of A by dividing through by the maximum pixel value in A and store the

ratio in B. If Max(A) is zero then the result is INF and is not computationally useful.
